To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vivenny.com within 30 days of the purchase date.  We will go over your concerns and need to return a product:

Products returned in new, undamaged, unopened condition are eligible for full purchase price refund.
Opened or damaged products are ineligible for return.
Clearance items are all sales final and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Vivenny will pay return shipping fees only in cases of fulfillment error.

Vivenny is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We encourage the use of shipping methods with tracking and insurance. In the unlikely occasion that the product arrives defective or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 7 days for a prepaid return label.
