Refund policy

We are committed to offering high-quality, scientifically proven products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vivenny.com within 30 days of the purchase date.  We will go over your concerns and the need to return a product:

 

Products returned in new, undamaged, unopened condition are eligible for a full purchase price refund.

Opened or damaged products are ineligible for return.

Clearance items are all sales final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Vivenny will pay return shipping fees only in cases of fulfillment error.

 

Return Process

Step 1: Get in touch with our customer service

To begin the return or exchange process, please get in touch with our customer service by e-mail. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and then the return address will be sent to you.

Step 2: Ship product back

Once our customer service has approved your request, please return the item to us within 15 days by following our instructions. And please inform us valid tracking numbers after you send it to us.

Step 3: Refund

If applicable, refunds will be provided once your product return has been received and processed. Refunds will be applied to the original payment card and may take up to 14 business days.

Vivenny is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We encourage the use of shipping methods with tracking and insurance. In the unlikely event that the product arrives defective or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 7 days for a prepaid return label. Please allow 7 business days to process your return. Contact Customer Support with any questions.
